​Captain Tattoo is owned and operated by tattoo artist Spike Moore and his wife Vandi Reeves. Spike has been a professional tattoo artist since 2001 and Vandi has a background in equine business management and event planning.

The couple took over ownership and management of ​Captain Tattoo in early 2021 but before that Spike and Vandi founded Working Class Tattoo Supply, a grass roots tattoo supply company started by the couple in 2017.   Together Spike and Vandi are following their passion for helping their local communities by providing an environment in which creativity can flow and flourish.
